Changes in your body at Week 32 of Pregnancy
You might start to feel more cumbersome which is only natural. Your body is pumping as much as 40 to 50 percent blood than before you were pregnant.
Changes you may experience during the 32nd week of pregnancy include:
- Your body will be producing relaxin - this hormone is responsible for lossening or relaxing the pelvis
- Heartburn
- Constipation - drink plenty of water and eat fibre rich food

Good news! Your baby should be sleeping for approximately 90 to 95% of the day now. Your baby is now almost 4 pounds in weight.
Some typical developments which occur during the 32nd week of pregnancy are:
- Skin is becoming thicker
- Wrinkles will be disappearing
- Fingernails reach end of fingertips
- Baby will start to dream
